Celebrate your biotech tenants and recognize Lab Week (technically Medical Laboratory Professionals Week)! This can also be broadened to a tenant appreciation event if your campus is more mixed in the types of businesses and staff present. Lab Week is usually the 3rd or 4th week of April, but the weather is improving, and everyone wants to be outside-so pick a week and celebrate!
Earth Day - April 22

Take a minute to think about our planet and put together a fun event. Highlighting this hot topic shows that management cares, gives tenants an opportunity to find like-minded individuals, and builds community. Offer local and sustainable food vendors, perhaps partner with a Lunch 'n Learn about urban farming or beekeeping. Pair with a shredding service or upcycling vendor to round out the event.

Star Wars - May the 4th Be With You

Celebrate the iconic Star Wars Day with your tenants on May 4th. Plan fun activities with a simple Star Wars trivia game, Star Wars themed lawn games, and provide photo ops with life-sized character cutouts and backdrops that your tenants will love. This fun event is sure to become an annual favorite.

It’s fiesta time, so grab your sombrero! Bring on the Latin food trucks and celebrate Mexico's victory at the Battle of the Puebla! Broadcast some themed music to add to the fiesta atmosphere. Serve some virgin margaritas to maximize everyone’s fun. Creating a self-serve salsa bar also might add to the fun!
