It's our contemporary version of soul food.
Also ALMA stand for ALex, MAria and our two beautiful daughters witch as a team we are the owners of this company.
The food we prepare comes from the heart, and reaches your soul as comfort food will do. Soul food is a variety of cuisine that comes from home cooked meals.
We take traditional Latin American cuisines and combine them with other cultures, the variety of elements creates the fusion in our dishes from our Food Truck.
Chef Ale's menu is innovative and exotic. He expanded his culinary repertory by experimenting with recipes from all over the world and making it into one distinctive dish, here in Jacksonville and surrounded areas.
