Our fearless leader, Brett, has been making ice cream for the last 30 years, and he's been creating amazing flavors at FRESH. Local Ice Cream since 2011. Brett and his family have lived in the NC Triangle community for the past 25 years. Our mission is to provide everyone in the Triangle the freshest homemade ice cream around while maintaining the highest level of customer service during each visit to any of our three scoop shops.
