Following in the tradition of Viveca’s renowned Viking ancestor, Leif Eriksson, this husband-wife team left family and friends behind in Stockholm, Sweden for Orlando to conquer new challenges in America. Specifically, with the goal of actively competing in the world of NHRA: yes, that’s right National Hot Rod Association Drag Racing!
Viveca, known as “The World’ s Fastest Viking,” filled the driver seat with Håkan as her crew chief and together they achieved years of legendary performance records and victories in Europe.
The food truck trend caught their attention in 2011 and sparked an entrepreneurial dream: share food they know and love through the streets of Central Florida and beyond.
