Succotash: Feisty Southern Fusion

We have been in service since June, 2018 and are gaining a reputation for the high quality of our food and service. Chef Juan was raised in South Louisiana and is strongly influenced by the culinary traditions of that region. He has been preparing food for over 20 years and is known for his creative take on the traditional foods of the south including smoked brisket, roasted pork, New Orleans style shrimp poboys, and southern fried chicken. Our side dishes include succotash du jour, roasted broccoli, and smashed fried potatoes. We offer a vegetarian main dish as well. We are known for our delicious sauces, all freshly prepared from scratch.
