The chef David Perazzo is a passionate chef who prides himself in using local quality ingredients in his food. His wife Ann Wagner works alongside the chef in this small family owned and operated business. Baozi is now serving quality healthy food in our food truck to Raleigh-Durham and surrounding areas.
