• Loaded Nachos
  Homemade corn tortilla chips topped with your choice of meat or veggie medley, nacho cheese, red onions, tomatoes, sour cream, and pickled jalapeños.

• Bowl
  Your choice of meat or veggie medley, accompanied by rice, black beans, a side salad, cheese, sour cream, and pico.

• Quesabirrias (3 fried corn tacos)
  Lightly fried corn tortillas filled with tender marinated birria meat, melted mozzarella cheese, onions, and cilantro. Dip your taco in the consomé (beef broth) for a burst of flavors, served the Poblano's way with onions and cilantro.
