"The Customer Service was amazing. We booked our Event, we followed up once or twice. They sent me a text on the day of our event to confirm again. The truck showed up before we could even get to the location, on time and ready to serve! The food was amazing, it was my first time eating real jerk chicken and oxtails. My only mishaps, I had fries and there was No Ketcup in my bag. The truck pulled off before I noticed it. The Lady taking the orders seemed stressed and didn't do small talk. It was my first time and she seemed annoyed that I asked for suggestions. Maybe she was just tired. I get it, we had a lot of Customers ordering food. The Chalk Board with the prices was not clear, so I didn't know how much things cost, until they were rung up. I would like to see meats sold as a side, in order to have tried different meats. We had to buy a third plate to try the Oxtails. However, I will definitely recommend this truck and plan to book it again in September, 2023. Just work on those things. I like a warm friendly face when I walk up to any Restaurant or Food Truck to order food. She was beautiful, with no !
