Queso Monster

Queso Monster was established in 2016 by Miguel Lopez and his wife Patricia Martinez who both have 15 years of culinary experience. Miguel and Patricia both lived and met in Baja California, Mexico which is where their inspiration comes for all the delicious dishes they create. Miguel and his wife hope to achieve the spreading of their roots and culture with every dish they craft.
