Safari Eatz is a Afro infusion food experience catering company. All our recipes are inspired by Chef Andrew Mlamba a native of Mombasa. This coastal region of Kenya is the homeland of the native Swahili language where many of the authentic dishes are influenced by the Indian and Arabic cultures. Safari Eatz brings tasty street foods, traditional dishes and an authentic culturally experience with every visit.

Behind the Scenes with Safari Eatz & MOBLZ

Chef Andrew lets us hop on the trucks for a #bts look into his newest menu item. The chicken shawarma does not disappoint. The chicken is marinated for 24 hours in a secret blend of spices. Served with either rice or a pita and it comes with a cabbage slaw and tomatoes. Topped with a spicy buffalo sauce and a secret white sauce. Be sure to head to the page to keep up with the schedule. We imagine this dish will quickly become a fan favorite.

Eating at Safari Eatz was my first time trying Afro-infusion food. The flavors were so interesting, not like anything I'd had before. Would order again! The daily special chicken was incredibly flavorful.
