A.  Many kinds of mobile services are available today with more being introduced all the time. There are 3 categories of mobile service operations:

1. Appointment Providers:  This is any service where the provider is working strictly on your behalf for some period of time and you must make a reservation/appointment with them.  Examples include car detailing/washing, oil changes, windshield repair, dent removal, fill-up services, etc.
2. Retailers:  These are providers who reserve part of the day at your workplace without an appointment by you and serve many customers at the same time. Examples include food trucks, clothing retailers, mobile nail salons, mobile mammography, etc.
3. Community Service Providers:  These are providers who reserve part or all of the day at a given property and will serve many customers throughout the day-part.  Examples include blood mobiles, goodwill drives, etc.

A.  Search for your workplace location to see if it is currently a certified MOBLZ location.  Register as a new user and search for the type of service that you need.

A. You must book all Appointment-Based providers (as defined above) through the service provider. You will see a link to the provider within MOBLZ, but you may also go direct to the provider.  Your provider, however, is required to reserve a slot with your building through MOBLZ.  If your building is a MOBLZ certified property, you are not permitted to utilize a service provider that has not been MOBLZ-reviewed and property-approved.
 

A.  All Appointment-based providers (as defined above) must be booked through MOBLZ.  This is important, as this is how the property management company for your workplace is notified that an approved service provider will be on site and for how long.  Day-Part providers book directly with MOBLZ and nothing needs to be done by you.  

A.  MOBLZ tracks all on-site mobile service volume for the building owner and has also gone to the trouble of certifying providers who are permitted to come onsite. (See approved service provider below).   Booking through MOBLZ helps to preserve the benefit of onsite availability for you and your favorite mobile service providers.  Your building’s management company is offering this an amenity for you as a tenant employee.  If the benefit is misused due to non-compliance, it could be discontinued. Relatedly, non-approved mobile service providers are not permitted to come on site.
 

A. All MOBLZ approved service providers undergo a review by your property management company to ensure that each provider has appropriate liability insurances, business licenses and business practices to operate its business safely and legally on their properties.  This protects both the property owner and you. 
 

A. MOBLZ is adding locations and service providers routinely. Please check back from time to time to see if your location or preferred vendor has been added. If you'd like to request we seek out participation at your office park or for a particular mobile service provider that's not already in our network, please email cs@moblz.com so we may contact them about your interest.
 

A. As a registered MOBLZ user you may receive special offers and notices from mobile service providers who are approved for your workplace (or one nearby). This may include discounts, coupons or  “day-visitor” notices (as in the case of food trucks and retailers).  You may opt out of this at any time by changing the communication preferences on your account at any time. MOBLZ will never sell your information to anyone.
